COVID-19 Alert Level 2 Private Viewing Pre-Registration and Acknowledgement Form for Buyers and Prospective Tenants
We require you to complete this form while New Zealand is at COVID-19 Alert Level 2 prior to attending the private viewing of the property that you have booked with First National Collective.
Please review the following government requirements for your viewing. By completing this form you are agreeing that:
- You are not unwell or displaying flu like symptoms
- You have not been overseas (including airport transit) or in close contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 or in the Auckland Region in the last 14 days
- That you understand that the information provided below may be passed to the Ministry of Health if requested for contact tracing
Under Alert Level 2 Guidelines, you are required to please, WEAR A MASK, remove your shoes and sanitise your hands before entering the property. You enter on the understanding that this is a "Contactless Viewing" and therefore we ask that you do not touch surfaces or open any cupboard doors or move any chattels in the home. If needed we will do this for you.
