Administrator/Receptionist - Linda
The chirpy voice and the person behind that voice (when either phoning or visiting our office), is most likely to be Linda. While Linda has numerous other responsibilities, Linda's goal is to provide an efficient, positive link between Western First National and the many daily callers to our office, whether it is a visit or a phone call.
Linda is very aware that our administration team is the face of our business. This first point of contact creates the impression that customers are left with and we are very aware that we only get one chance to create that first impression.
